Plant Based Green Boost Bowl

I absolutely love colors of plant based vegan food! So creating colorful plant based recipes is my favorite thing to do. This one is really colorful and healthy! The green color comes from the superfood spirulina powder, and don’t worry, you won’t taste the spirulina because the base of this recipe is some delicious frozen bananas.

Ingredients (serves 2ppl)

- 4 frozen bananas
- ¼ cup almond milk
- 1tbsp spirulina

- Blueberries
- Kiwi
- Dragon fruit
- Pomegranate seeds
- Coconut flakes


- Throw the frozen bananas and almond milk in a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Now put rest of the smoothie ingredients in the same foodprocessor and blend until combined.
- Serve in two bowls (or a large for yourself) then add the toppings. Enjoy!
