Oil Free Chili Veganaise
You can put this mayo on anything.. almost. I have had it on vegan burgers, as a dip, as vegan sushi sauce and in tacos. If you don't like chili you can swop out the sriracha and paprika to 0.25 tsp dijon mustard. But why am I skipping the oil? read here about why oil is bad for you.

- 175g silken tofu
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 0.25 tbsp sriracha
- 0.5 tsp sea salt
- 0.5 tsp smoked paprika powder
- 0.25 tsp garlic powder
- Add all the veganaise ingredients in a small blender (or use a hand mixer)
- Mix until it's smooth and add more water depending on what texture you like
- Pour the veganaise over to a bowl, top with some chili flakes and you are done!
