With only 5 ingredients you can make this creamy healthy plant based sour cream! Make a big batch and use it as a dip, topping or dressing during the week.
This "sour cream" is PERFECT to use as topping on tacos, salads, soups etc. Also just add a herb or two to make it suit your dish.
It's actually super simple to cook without oil, it's even easier in the oven! And who doesn't loooove some potato wedges?
You can put this mayo on anything.. almost. I have had it on vegan burgers, as a dip, as vegan sushi sauce and in tacos.
So.. I tested some healthy plant based versions of βNutellaβ and finally came up with the perfect mix. This one is creamy, smooth and ridiculously delicious even though itβs white sugar and oil-free.
