Simple Snack - Banana Mash

Nowadays I don’t sit home and work as often as I did before. Before I just did toasts or made a fruit platter for snack between my meals. So now I’m trying to make the snacks before I head off to my office and this is a perfect example of that.
.. and I love oats.. you can make so much with them! Pancakes, oatmeal, banana mash, cookies etc. They are super healthy and super filling. Did you know that oats are naturally gluten free?
Ingredients (1 jar)
- ½ very ripe banana
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 0,8 cup oat milk
- ½ tsp cinnamon
For the topping
- Mash the banana
- Put the banana and rest of the ingredients in a jar, stir until combined, put a lid on
- Store the jar in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or until it’s snacking time!
