Easy Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies

Choco Chip Cookies, 1 batch (6 pcs)

This recipe is made by Alexandra Andersson and is a free recipe in the Fivesec Health app.

Ingredients

1/2 cup smooth peanut butter, unsweetened
6 tbsp oat flour
2 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips

Steps

  1. Preheat he oven to 170C/340F

  2. Add all ingredients except chocolate chips to a bowl, them mix to combine until there are no lumps. It should be quite sticky

  3. Now fold in the chocolate chips, and then divide the mixture into 6 balls

  4. On an oven tray lined with parchment paper, place the balls and press them with your hands into 1cm/0.4inches cookies

  5. Bake the cookies for about 15 minutes or until golden. Watch out so they don't burn!

  6. When baked, let them cool on a rack. You can eat them when cooled or pop them into the freezer and then eat straight from the freezer (which I prefer)!
