Vegan Protein Chocolate Brownies
Protein Choc Brownies, 1 batch (6 pcs)

Instructions
1/2 cup mashed banana
1/4 cup peanut butter, unsweetened
2 tbsp cacao powder
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp vanilla protein powder
Steps
Preheat oven to 325F/160C
Mash the banana in a bowl with a fork. Then add rest of the ingredients and stir to combine
Transfer the brownie mixture to an oven safe form (10x15cm/4x6inch) covered in parchment paper. Bake for 30 minutes
Place the brownie in the fridge for about 30 minutes before cutting into 6 brownies
Store in the fridge or freezer until itβs snack time!
