So.. I tested some healthy plant based versions of “Nutella” and finally came up with the perfect mix. This one is creamy, smooth and ridiculously delicious even though it’s white sugar and oil-free.
How does the combination “chocolate-salted-caramel” sound? YUM! These flavors work impressively well together. The ice cream is creamy and soft, and the salted caramel has a perfect texture and remains soft.
In this case I used sweet potato to do plant-based double chocolate brownies with a strawberry twist. Sounds good right? ..It is :)
