Snickes Pops, 2 servings

This recipe is made by Alexandra Andersson and is a free recipe in the Fivesec Health app.

Ingredients

1 banana
4 tbsp peanut butter, unsweetened
4 tbsp crushed peanuts
50g dark vegan chocolate

Steps

  1. Peel and divide the banana into two pieces (see video)

  2. Insert wooden ice cream sticks into the bananas and then place them in the freezer for about 1 hour

  3. Now either dip the bananas into peanut butter or just spread it evenly onto the bananas, then roll them in crushed peanuts. Let the bananas cool in the freezer for about 1 hour

  4. Meanwhile melt the chocolate over a water bath and then let it cool down while waiting for the bananas

  5. Finally cover the bananas with chocolate. Let them cool down in the fridge or freezer until the chocolate is hard

  6. Keep stored in the freezer or enjoy them immediately!
