Simple Plant-Based Nutella

Who doesn’t love Nutella? Or at least has. Regular cow breast milk infused Nutella was something I ate as a kid and loved it. Unfortunately, I was not aware about the bad things about it. I now know that Nutella doesn’t even contain that much hazelnuts, It’s in this order: white sugar, palm oil, milk powder, hazelnuts and cacao. Ew.

So, I tested some healthy plant based versions of “Nutella” and finally came up with the perfect mix (in my opinion). This one is creamy, smooth and ridiculously delicious even though it’s white sugar and oil-free.

You can have this spread on almost everything! I have it on toasts (whole wheat/grain), oatmeal, nice cream.. etc. If you don’t eat the whole jar directly after you made it of course J Check out my Instagram @fivesechealth to see a video of this recipe! Scroll down to get the written recipe.
